This review is not necessarily for Dr. Eklund but for this clinic’s operation as a whole.. we were referred to this pediatrics by family and told that every pediatrician is great and can’t go wrong. First few visits for my newborn went well.. however one appt went horribly wrong. It was time for his first round of shots and being a first time mom, I was a little anxious. We first met Dr Eklund when our daughter was born in 2017. I’m so glad that she was the one doing the rounds for newborns! We selected her to be our primary care physician for both of our girls. She’s kind, attentive, and understanding. Much love to you Dr Eklund!
I’m writing this review so this doesn’t happen to other families. Both of my children had seen Dr. Eklund for 4 years until we got hit with a $400 bill! My daughter had her yearly well child visit and Dr. Eklund ordered lab tests for her. Instead of submitting the diagnosis codes for wellness or preventive care to the insurance, Dr. Eklund submitted incorrect codes and insurance rejected claim.
