While Doctor Palekar herself is an excellent doctor, her availability constant reschedules and semi rude staff really take away from the experience. To top it off having to deal with Bebee’s automated phone system is terrible.
I absolutely love everything about Dr Usilton-Palekar and her office crew ! They are very caring and listen to you .
I called on Friday to get a prescription filled and talked with a very nice person. However my pharmacy never got that prescription. I called Monday late afternoon to check to see what happened and a women named “Donna” answered the phone. She must’ve been the most rude person I have ever encountered. Not only did she blame me, but also hung up on me before I got a chance to ask any question about the refill. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
