Britney is the best!! She has never let me down. She knows how to color my hair that looks so natural.
I asked for a certain color. They proceeded to tell me my roots were darker than the photo I showed them of the original growth I had and progressively dyed it darker when that was not the goal. Don’t really know what to do about it now. Stuck like this because my roots are much lighter than what was dyed and all I asked for what my root color. I’ve left good reviews, I tip every time I go.
