I love living here. We moved in in May (it is mid September now), and everyone that we've dealt with is very nice. They've even fixed the few minor issues we've had - the day we called about them.

Avoid like the plague. Will tell you whatever you want to get you to sign up, but the duplexes are cheaply made and have zero insulation. You can hear your neighbors and your heating unit will run non stop which racks up your utility bill. Also, even you leave the place in pristine order, expect to go into litigation to get your security deposit back.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Dennis Hall does not care about his tennants, he will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear then when you sign the lease he will say something different. These apartments and duplexes are made very poorly, they do not heat in the winter and you can hear your next door neighbors perfect. Last thing, do not expect to get your deposit back. This is an awful place to live. You can hear everything your neighbors do. I mean everything. What they are watching on TV, every footstep,and pretty much every word that comes out of their mouths. I can hear someone snoring at night in my bedroom. I had to buy ear plugs just to sleep. My hot and cold water lines are also backwards. Like the other person said, they look nice but are very cheaply built and over priced for what they really are. If you are thinking about getting a place there dont. Im moving asap.
