I had my accord body work done in February, team did a pretty good job but then a part was on back order, they said they would get back to me and I can drop the car to have the part installed. It’s about a year now, called them over few times and left a voicemail but no one even got back to me. It’s so hard to even get past their IVR. I am still waiting for help, it’s more than 2 years now
My experience with Britland auto body was for sure a great experience. The customer service is outstanding, the work that was done to my car was top of the line. I would recommend this auto body shop to any and everyone to see exactly what I’m talking about.
I had an accident in my Toyota Camry and the front end was badly damaged, but the team at Britland Auto Body did an excellent job—my car looks brand new. Rudy, Bill, Margot, and the ladies at the front desk were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They are excellent at what they do. Thank you very much.
