Been taking our Mini Cooper there for a couple of years. Recently had some issues, $1600.00 worth of work done, drove it home and same issues were happening. Returned only to be told it needed $6,000 more worth of work. We can't afford that. Had I known, I wouldn't have spent the $1600, as the car is not drivable. Feel like they should have been a little more thorough the first time. Other than that, they have always been pretty good on getting us in and out without any issues.
Finally found my guys for life. It’s been a 2 year saga of car repairs after purchasing a lemon from Southern California Preowned. Thousands of dollars later at Pepboys and several times of being given the runaround at Coast MotorWerks after a few more grand in repairs, I finally found my honest mechanics. Came in for an oil change for a pretty reasonable price. They sent over inspection photos and observations, very helpful since I don't have access to a lift. They also did a brake fluid flush which I was overdue for (TIL apparently every 2 years on a Mini). Ken is great.
