I will give 0 start to British Swim School at Doral. First, the quality of the pool is super bad and NOT SAFE for young baby! Anyone (including adults) can go in that pool. And the smell of chlorine is filled in the hot, humid and stuffy room. I can hardly breathe there. Second, they have very restrict cancellation policy, which requires 30 days early notice. We decided not to let our baby go after the first class, and even that I still have to pay for one extra month for nothing thanks to their policy. And they refuse to pr... read more
