I love going to this place looks nice
We are no longer enrolled here and having previously recommended BSS to other families we no longer feel the same way. Itzell the instructor was extremely aggressive with my child during their first lesson at a new level. To the point where she was afraid to go swimming for weeks afterwards. Grabbing her by the neck and pushing her head down into the water. The response from the school was not satisfactory. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with British Swim School. Their service is always prompt, professional, and effective. My child has learned so much about structured swimming and has grown so much in confidence in the water. She absolutely loves her instructor, Amanda, so much that she didn’t even want to move up to the next level! That really speaks to the positive and supportive environment they create for the kids.
