Multiple classes were canceled for various reasons, and many of the cancellations were communicated last minute, sometimes after we had already arrived. We were also told we would receive refunds for two classes that were canceled last minute after we arrived, but we never received them despite following up multiple times. I was enrolled for a few months and ended up losing several lessons because they made it nearly impossible to make up lessons that they ended up canceling or trying to move last second. It got so bad that the instructors made a comment to me on how unacceptable it was.
