Amazing trainers! Loved the classes
We’ve had such a positive experience with Oliver’s swim school. The team has been incredibly accommodating—not just to Oliver’s needs, but to us as parents as well. They truly understand how important the connection with an instructor is, and they’ve been thoughtful, flexible, and willing to adjust schedules so that Oliver always feels comfortable, confident, and happy coming to class. The Bellevue British swim school has been awesome. My child has grown so much more confident and comfortable in the water and best of all my child has fun. The teachers are so good with kids. They have clear goals and have the kids move up when ready. I highly recommend. So glad we found them and we’ll be staying for a long time. ❤️❤️ the management staff is also wonderful.
Instructors are nice. But I am giving one star because of their policies. First, you couldn't do make up class unless you do it before your absence. Second, 1:4 ratio sounds not to bad, but what that actually means in class is your kid got four dipped in the water over 30 mins. Third, you can't withdraw class without 30 days notice. In my scenario, we notified the school on 1/26, and I was told that for 30 days notice, it means that we still need to pay one more week of March.
