Worst experience possible, 4 different instructors in 6 classes. The moment child gets comfortable with one, instructor is changed. A child who was comfortable in water is scared now because of one instructor who didn’t know how to handle back floats and submerges. When shared the concern with management even then, class instructor was changed after 2 classes. The reviews look fake because in 2 months there were different kids in every class clearly showing no one continues for long.
Our 8-month-old daughter just started her Tadpole class, and we couldn't be happier! She was so calm and at ease, which is a huge testament to the incredible instructors like Ava. Laxmi is also an absolute delight to coordinate with—she makes everything so easy. If you’re looking for a great activity for your baby, I highly recommend this place!
Overall a positive experience. The instructors are patient and encouraging, and I could see clear improvement in my child’s confidence and skills.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Oliver’s swim school. The team has been incredibly accommodating—not just to Oliver’s needs, but to us as parents as well. They truly understand how important the connection with an instructor is, and they’ve been thoughtful, flexible, and willing to adjust schedules so that Oliver always feels comfortable, confident, and happy coming to class.
