I'd like to shout out to Ms. Nicole who is teaching my son now. She is very patient and professional. We came back to British swim school from Waterworks where we had a horrible experience. My son hated swimming at Waterworks. He screamed and cried the entire time, so we had to discontinue. We were so nervous for the first class at British Swim School, but it turned very well. The location is very accessible, and the staff are professional, kind, and punctual. They teach with great care, and my child loves the swimming classes and looks forward to every session. It is always fun, and I highly recommend this place to my friends.

My son is a 4-year-old who has been taking classes at British Swim School for about three months now, and he started learning how to swim about six months ago. Compared to his previous lessons, we truly feel that the program here is much more professional and well-structured. Although the focus is on survival swimming, since moving into Turtle 1 he has also started learning strokes. He feels a strong sense of accomplishment and genuinely enjoys coming to class. My kid likes the classes and coaches. The mobile app is easy to use for reporting absences and booking make up lessones. Emails are always responded in time.
