had wood-rot around the window framing, as well as holes from woodpeckers. they were reasonable and very professional completing the job in a very timely manner and for what the offer was. this included some minor extra work that they didn't charge for. looking to use them again regarding a storm door and other woodwork around the front door.. highly recommend.
