Eric always does a great job on my bikes. I have a BSA and Matchless that he services and keeps in top shape. He knows his stuff and I value his opinions and his work. Highly recommend.
I've wrote about Eric once and I will do it again. Eric is the BEST I've ever had to work on my bike ( 1958 triumph thunderbird) due to a bad divorce I had to sell my bike which I regret it every day. When I bought my bike I got it out of a junk yard, the engine was locked up, I thought I found someone to get it going BUT no, he didn't know what he was doing, then I found Eric, after he got done rebuilding the engine, it's the only bike I've ever owned that NEVER put me on the side of the road.. I would never let anyone mess... read more
Best shop in the city for all bikes as long as they’re British. For real though, I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else. Always straight up and knows the bikes inside and out. Very reasonably priced.
I called Eric to ask questions about a 1975 Norton Commando 850 I pulled out of a garage after sitting there for years. He took the time to patiently answer all my rookie questions about every little thing. After about an hour, I decided to drive the 4 hours and deliver the bike to him to fix up. After three weeks, the bike runs like a dream! He replaced tons of parts, used some parts I brought with me, and communicated every decision that had to be made. I am very happy with the work Eric did. Top notch shop.
I have known and trusted Eric for over 15 years... he is exactly as he appears a no bullshit British repair shop... Cheers to all..
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am appalled at how Eric speaks to his customers. Very vulgar dropping f-bombs everywhere. Shop also lacks any form of upkeep. Looks like a junkyard of old dilapidated motorcycles. He will also stuff you if he can on his labor. Quoted me one price and then when the work was completed, said that it took him 3 hrs longer than expected!!! And left me with the bill, with no more than a "hey I'm f-ing sorry, I did it as fast as I could. Take it or leave it." Very unprofessional anybody who is use... read more
