I would like to recognize Robert who works in the occupational therapy department. I accompanied my mother to her therapy appointment. Robert was her therapist. He clearly explained the tasks that he wanted Mom to accomplish and how these tasks could help her in regaining her independence. My mother responded, trying with her best efforts. I was very impressed with Robert’s patience, kindness and positive encouragement. British home in Brookfield, I would recommend to anyone. Everyone is professional and friendly. The facility is extremely clean. The residence are treated with respect and their needs are met.

My husband recuperated extremely well once he arrived at British House. All the staff were really on top of his needs. I really appreciated that I was asked for input on his care. I also valued their flexibility in meeting his needs.
