Should hire people who know what they’re doing. Technicians should to stay off their phones while on company time.
My husband and I have been customers of British for approximately 30 years and have always had exceptional service. Amy, Sandra and Tyler have gone above and beyond whenever we have needed help. I purchased a new propane stove and within 24 hours Tyler was at the house to help us move it in and install. I highly recommend British for all your fuel needs, they are a huge part of the community and an excellent business to deal with.
Extremly unprofessional. It used to be a company you could rely on. Not anymore.
We have been clients for quite a few years, I called for a top up as our propane tank was 25% and the other a little more around March 11, it is now April 4th, still no propane! After multiple calls I finally spoke with a manager, Eric, he was curt and a little abrasive, he told me the propane will be delivered Monday April 7. Almost one month waiting during winter conditions, this is our heat and cooking, plus we are in a week long power outage right now, with the estimate of power coming back on April 9.
