Elaine is very nice nurse. It was a beautiful experience for us. The staff is really kind and punctual.
Very bad staff behaviour... had appointment for my babies 1 year vaccination.. nurse was very rude and was hard to understand what she was saying, when asked to repeat , gave weird expressions, did not treat baby well during vaccination and asked to wait outside without giving any information.. so disappointing
It’s located on 2nd floor. Unit 200. We got great service there. Plenty of parking. Quiet building, clean and smells good. The nurse who helped us was professional and respectful. She was also knowledgable and explained everything to us. Wasn’t hurrying. Thank you everyone. We really appreciate it.
It was horrible visit . Today it was my baby’s 12 month vaccinations . After the vaccination the nurse ask me immediately wait me outside by saying i have next appointment and my baby was crying badly . Secondly i am 7 months pregnant and it takes some time for baby to settle. She had 4 vaccinations. Didn’t like the nurse behaviour.
