I am very fussy about my cars and I would never go anywhere else for service. They've done brakes, door regulators, suspension and a.c. and are always accurate to their estimate.Very professional shop!
Thorough – My Jag is my most prized possession. Whenever I hear the slightest noise, feel the slightest pull or feel like I've lost some power, I drop everything and take her to British Auto Center. They get her in and out quickly and always address my concerns thoroughly.
Safe – I trust British Auto Center to fix my wife's Range Rover whenever we have problems with it. This is the vehicle we primarily use to transport our kids and I feel good knowing that British has taken care of any problems the Range might have.
Efficiency – Honest people! Quick and efficient work. You do not walk away feeling that you have been robbed. And best of all, inexpensive compared to other estimates from other auto repair places.
Their first concern is my safety... – British Auto Center is great, I've come here over the last two years several times and they are always able to explain to me what's wrong with my Land Rover and I never feel like their prices are over inflated. I always feel like their first concern is my safety, which is why I bring my car in to get looked over before a road trip.
Best Place for Jags – Best place around for Jaguar service and repair, no question. They're great mechanics ... not just part changers and they really make it worthwhile owning and maintaining a Jaguar in the Seattle area. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending British Auto center for taking care of your Jag.
Problems Are Fixed – After going to other local shops I realized that I am spending more due to the sub standard skills available there. The mechanics at British Auto Center are great and yes the price of the bill is reasonable. I go there once and my problems are fixed.
Just moved to Washington and I was in need for an auto repair. Not really knowing where to go I first looked online then began to ask new people I had met. Everyone seemed to be steering me towards British Auto because I drove a Range Rover. So thankful they did. This is now my new place.
Definitely trust these guys – British Auto Center was really there for me when I needed work done on my Jag while I was in town for a job interview. I do not trust many people with my car but these guys definitely proved to me I could. They are very professional and really care about their customers!
