I’m currently in the middle of getting dental surgery with them and they close their offices, in order to see them afterwards they want me to pay all the money upfront before them finishing the job. Now I’ve gone to another periodontist for them to tell me that what Dr. Caldwell did to me was wrong and that if I were to get the implants that she put into my mouth, I would have the chance of losing the two teeth next to him because she put them right into my roots of the touching teeth. OFFICE PERMANENTLY CLOSED????? Had a Britely patient calling around trying to find someone to do routine implant maintenance for the implant and dentures done at the Britely office. The wife said they showed up to their appointment yesterday but the office was closed. No notice, no nothing to let them know they couldn’t be seen. No one answers the phones and Google says they are open. I absolutely love everybody in this office and I’m sad that they’re closing. I’m following Doc Caldwell wherever she goes because she does such fantastic work!!! She did my top teeth and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. She , and her whole team, are top notch and feel like family.
I’ll miss you guys. I sincerely hope Dr. Caldwell can find her own new place and you can be all together again. 🥰
