I went in for a consultation for implant dentures. From the moment you walk thru the door you are greeted with a friendly staff that makes you feel you have known them your entire life. The Doctor was warm and friendly and explained the x-rays and all your options. No pressure for any type of commitment.Thought they were absolutely wonderful.
I have dental PHOBIA out of this World. I found Britely and instantly felt at home with Dr. Caldwell and Andrew the dental assistant. Great Place to come. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to fix their teeth but has Phobia like me.
Dr. Caldwell is the best! I'm not comfortable at dentists, as alot are. But Dr. Caldwell shows empathy and kindness like few people I have ever met. No matter how uncomfortable you feel at dentists, you NEED to go see her! The whole office is full of smiles and caring attitudes. Unlike any other. Dr. Caldwell and her staff have helped me regain a positive direction in my life. I cannot thank them enough!
I feel so happy right now. I can eat whatever I want now, I can smile whenever I want without feeling embarrassed or judged. The people at Britlely are terrific, caring, patient and have my trust. Both myself and my wife have been getting dental implants here this past year. I’m not sure if my first post went through or not. So I’m writing another just in case. I was visiting out of town when my temporary implant broke. Needless to say I was distraught. First of all, I hate going to the dentist. My anxiety would go through the roof. No matter how hard I tried to take care of my teeth, I always had problems.
