has mice. all my stuff was covered in mouse poop and I have to spend hours assessing the damage and hours cleaning now. all summer my unit was full of bugs too. 4 years renting storage in Vancouver and I never experienced anything like this once.
Heated units are well insulated and heated from the floors up. Stays at about 9°. These units are exceptional, 2" concrete lip above where the door sits which helps with heat retention as well as mitigates flood risks during heavy melting and rain. The staff always wave, are very transparent, and the policies here really reflect that the customer comes first. If your date to pay for your unit is on the 15th, you have 10 days to pay before any fees are attached, which can be a serious help with the way finances are these days... read more
