Our church has been using Brite Way for years and once again, they showed up and got things done beautifully and efficiently. Yes, communication is a bit slow at times so I actively plan ahead for that reason. Brite Way is busy and that is a good "problem" to have. We will plan and book our spring cleaning now and look forward to seeing them then!
I made an appointment weeks before the actual date was set with Brite Way to do our windows inside and out. The date came and no one showed up. I called 3 times that same day and left a message to see what happened and if they were still coming. No response. I called the next 3 business days and left messages asking if they were still planning on coming another day. No response.
