Has been cleaning my store front windows for almost a year had no issues and service was great. I recently noticed my windows were no longer getting cleaned and I stopped receiving invoices- reached out and left a voicemail to figure out what was going on, and never received a call back. Reached out again a week later to find out my number was blocked. Not sure why I was randomly dropped from this service but extremely unprofessional.
I used Briteway a few years ago and they did a great job but I believe they are no longer in business. I have 5 calls and 3 voicemails with no return calls.
Unreliable and don't do a good job. Disappointed with services received. Rude when explained the issues and refused to make it right.
