Our church has been using Brite Way for years and once again, they showed up and got things done beautifully and efficiently. Yes, communication is a bit slow at times so I actively plan ahead for that reason. Brite Way is busy and that is a good "problem" to have. We will plan and book our spring cleaning now and look forward to seeing them then!
I made an appointment weeks before the actual date was set with Brite Way to do our windows inside and out. The date came and no one showed up. I called 3 times that same day and left a message to see what happened and if they were still coming. No response. I called the next 3 business days and left messages asking if they were still planning on coming another day. No response. We will never have anyone else do our windows. Anthony did an incredible job. He did above and beyond what we expected. A 10 plus!!!!!
Haven't heard from them yet. Coming in Thursday. Love their work and recommend them to many.
