Ignore the negative reviews. Most of them are just buyer's remorse and medical rarities. Keep in mind, people that have bad experiences with ANY service or product are more likely to leave bad reviews and vent compared to a person with good experiences yet not going out of their way to leave a good review. I have been going to,Dr Goris for nearly 13 years! I like most do not enjoye dental visits and in my case anxiety takes over! Dr Goris and staff go above and beyond to make me comfortable and help me relax! Dr Goris and staff are professional and caring! I had two teeth extracted last Thursday and was pleased with the outcome ! Dr Goris took time out of his day to take my phone call and explain the procedure and what I could expect! I have gone to Dr Goris for over 13 year and have always been happy with his service ! BUT yesterday reached a new level after I had to have two teeth extracted ! I am like most and hate dental work but Dr Goris and staff made it a great experience ! The were patient , calming ,and understanding of my fears !!! I recently moved back to the area and was referred to Dr. Goris by my son. I can not say enough good about him. I was traveling from AZ when I cracked a tooth, Dr. got me in the very next day. I recently had a crown fall off and inside of 15 minutes Dr. had me on my way out the door. He is kind, personable, great at what he does, and you could not ask for a better staff!!! If I were able to give him 10 stars I would!!
I recently had extensive dental work completed by Dr. Goris. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Goris and his staff are so friendly and helped me overcome my dental fears. They also helped me to understand my insurance so I knew what was covered so there weren't any financial surprises. I now have a whiter more beautiful smile. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Goris!
I have always had a fear of dentists. Like so many, I had what I perceived to be a bad experience as a child at the dentist. I selected Dr. Goris based on a coworker's recommendation. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 5 yrs. and I expected to be "scolded' by the dentist for my lapse in dental care. What I found was to be a pleasant experience. Did you forget to take your meds this morning lady? My husband is a patient and my father-in-law is also a patient...and I only go another dentist due to proximity). Thay have no problems with Dr. Goris!! Tell me one person who hasn't waited in a waiting room for a half and hour or more at ANY doctors' office!!!!
