purchased an 8" blower fan from the store on Manchaca and was told if it was to big I could come back in and exchange for the smaller 4" one. I go back in the following day and was told that I did not purchase the fan that they had rung it up wrong and that he did not give a fuck ,he was not going to swap out as he stated the day before.
