Just as the other reviewers have pointed out, Brite homes is a horrible builder and there is no way these should have passed inspection. Stay far away from this builder.
Scam? Having problems with their payment app no body to address the issue , I found an office, no address
THE WORST BUILDER EVER!!! PLUMBING, SEPTIC, FOUNDATION BUILT ON SAND!!!! EVERY SINGLE WALL HAS CRACK LINES ALL OVER THE EXTERIOR. THEY ARE USING PRIVATE INSPECTION COMPANIES THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE PASSING NOBODY FROM ANY CITY STEPS FOOT ONTO THEIR PROPERTIES LEGAL BUT IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO PAY OFF FOR THE SUBPAR WORKMANSHIP.
Do not buy house from builder it has been a nightmare they are breaking, poorly built
Multiple warranty claims. Water lines backwards,electrical issues, septic not done right. Not sure how they are passing inspection.
