Amazing experience. From start to finish, great home great service. Unlike other builders they answer their phone and take care of business. I've livied in a Brite Home for 6 months and the whole experience is truly great.
Purchased a Brite new construction home at the end of Jan 2022. Closing was set for end of Mar. 2022, which Brite failed to meet. Brite’s customer web site, which I was given access to after closing, said home was completed. The so called Construction Mgr had the sod laid before the water well was completed. Sod sat unwatered for 3.5 months until rainy season started. Yard is now nothing but weeds! House failed several times to meet Cape Coral’s Certificate of Occupancy until June. 3 months into owning a brand new built Brite Home we discovered Mold growing in my master closet. Upon further investigation, we found it in my guest room and bathroom . Our brand new mattress purchased when we moved in covered in mold, as well as our living room couch, guest room mattress and bed. After checking the thermostat and seeing the humidity so high 77% when the temp is set at 70 we knew something was wrong.
