They will rip you off put you in substandard homes then not perform maintenance and charge you for any little thing even normal wear and tear items strongly recomend looking somewhere else!!
I have lived in this community for 9 years did a lease purchase on my trailer and have been treated fair by everyone at Brite homes and scyamore springs mhp but paying my pad rent and trailer payment on time every month might have something to do with it but it's probably their just nice people trying to run a bussniss
