Very disappointed with the level of professionalism.
Stay away, won’t ever do business with them anymore. There has to be a better company that sells Cpaps.

Sheri Fellat has been taking care of me for many years now. I cannot say enough about her. She is so wonderful at getting me what I need, when I need it. I am not a person who thinks things through in advance (at least not medical supplies). It seems like I am always getting in touch with her when I needed something yesterday. She is amazing at getting back to me and facilitating my need. She has become more of a friend than simply a medical equipment supplier. I give her the highest recommendation I can give.
These guys are awesome!! They are fantastic at getting you the supplies you need quickly without hassle. Their knowledge about the products is amazing and they listen to your concerns and needs. Ordering supplies is very easy because they do the hard work of understanding your insurance and when you need refills and automatically send you what you need. Love these guys!!
I bought a cpap machine from Sherri Fellat a few years ago and have NEVER had such amazing service and efficiency. NOTHING is ever too much trouble for Sherri. Buying from Sherri and not going through Medicare was worth every penny. My phone calls and texts are always answered or returned no matter the time of day or weekends. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a cpap machine. And her knowledge is amazing.
I would not recommend Brite Health Care. I visited them today to try to understand why they were charging me additional funds on top of what my insurance was going to pay them for specific medical equipment. I had all the proof and facts that my Insurance did cover this Item, they had only conjecture and not a shred of proof to back up their claim that my insurance did Not cover the Item. I highly recommend them for your CPAP needs!!! Mike Rosenthal came to San Antonio to deliver my machine, he was great!! He took time to answer any questions we had and explain how to operate the machine!
