Very professional team and of course very busy as most quality places are. Kasey stayed in contact during the scheduling and was pleasant to speak with. The tech JT came out and was super friendly and knew right away how to fix my problems. He went above and beyond, explaining the options and even helping me with some unrelated household issues. Early yesterday afternoon Brite colleague Wilgains came to my house to determine why my heat pump had stopped working. Within a few minutes he determined that my fancy Lennox thermostat had failed. With support from Brite dispatcher he located a suitable replacement on the other side of Orlando. After quoting me an acceptable price to replace my failed thermostat, he drove an hour round trip to get the new thermostat, returned to my home, installed it, made sure the heat pump both cooled and heated properly, showed me ... read more
Brite Electric was able to schedule an appointment same day for a reasonable price to clean and tune my home's HVAC unit. The technician who came to my home was professional, friendly, and helpful. He pidid a thorough job cleaning out the blower, condenser, and drain lines. I would certainly use this company again in the future.
