I manage a small apartment block and Brite N Easy are definitely my go to company for getting blinds cleaned and repaired in the suites. The cost is reasonable and all of the staff I have dealt with are friendly and reliable. I definitely suggest you use Brite N Easy for all of your needs concerning blinds from installation,repair and cleaning.
I have been using Brite and Easy Blinds for 5 years now. Their door to door service is phenomenal. They are extremely professional, so much that I leave the key code to my house and they collect the blinds and then return them. They bring back super clean blinds and will fix things like strings and rods when needed. Can't say enough about this company.
Very hard to reach. Rarely answers phone and has no voice mail. Makes promises he doesn't keep. Never deal with them again.
I googled to see if you were still in business. Answer YES. I am a customer for many years. On Jan.26/26 my blinds were picked up and returned cleaned. At the same time I ordered a blind. Invoice received and paid in full which included the cost of the new blind. The blind being replaced with the new one was taken away. I have called, emailed several times and no answer received. I had a disappointing experience with this company. We agreed on a price of $250 before the service, and that was the main reason I chose them over other providers. However, after the work was done, I was presented with a charge of $380 — a significant increase that was never discussed or approved in advance.
