I had a few major hiccups getting my blinds cleaned and fixed and returned for my condo but I have to say they made it better with their outstanding customer service! In all we didn’t end up having to pay for anything and I have to say that’s what makes the experience way smoother and I have and would recommend them to friends/family who have all had great experiences and owned different styles of blinds. Mike and the team were great to work with. Arrived at arranged time for pick up, quickly removed all of them, returned with wonderfully-cleaned blinds and reinstalled. Pricing was more than fair for great service and product.

The service at Brite & Easy was exceptional! We purchased black out blinds in two bedrooms and they were very quick to size, order and then install. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made suggestions as to what would work in our other living spaces. Highly recommend!
