I googled to see if you were still in business. Answer YES. I am a customer for many years. On Jan.26/26 my blinds were picked up and returned cleaned. At the same time I ordered a blind. Invoice received and paid in full which included the cost of the new blind. The blind being replaced with the new one was taken away. I have called, emailed several times and no answer received. I had a disappointing experience with this company. We agreed on a price of $250 before the service, and that was the main reason I chose them over other providers. However, after the work was done, I was presented with a charge of $380 — a significant increase that was never discussed or approved in advance. Fantastic service. My blinds were so filthy I didn’t think they could be saved. They did an amazing job. Dave , the technician, was super. In and out quickly and so helpful. 5+ stars for service, price and reliability. Totally recommend
Sent an email, did not receive a response for 8 days so I went into the shop to request a quote. spoke to a man, looked at samples, he found my email. I requested a quote be sent to me for the shades I looked at in the shop, he confirmed he would send it and confirmed my email address. one month later still no quote
