Mike is incredibly professional and courteous. He was the only person who replied to my inquiry with an issue for my vertical blinds, and he took the challenge head on. I will only use him for my blinds and I don’t hesitate to recommend him. Great experience. Five stars.
I brought in cheap, plastic, 22 yr old, one inch blinds. They’d never been cleaned. I was amazed at how good they look! Even the strings look great. Mike did a great job in one day. And it was so inexpensive. I’m completely impressed. Highly recommend.
I had a few major hiccups getting my blinds cleaned and fixed and returned for my condo but I have to say they made it better with their outstanding customer service! In all we didn’t end up having to pay for anything and I have to say that’s what makes the experience way smoother and I have and would recommend them to friends/family who have all had great experiences and owned different styles of blinds. Mike and the team were great to work with. Arrived at arranged time for pick up, quickly removed all of them, returned with wonderfully-cleaned blinds and reinstalled. Pricing was more than fair for great service and product.
