I can completely understand why this location has such negative reviews and I was only trying to make a appt for my kids. The receptionist was beyond rude and you could tell she does not like her job. How can you have people working in your establishments with no manners or phone etiquette. How are your locations still open?
This is the worst place ever to get dental work done. The short dentist lady must have barely graduated dental school because she was extremely rude, poor bedside manners and very rough. She made me have a fear of going to the dentist after a visit with her. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Dr. Was very professional and treated me with respect and courtesy. I wish i could say the same about his staff. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting on my treatment plan. They promised me they would email it to me 4 times and still nothing. They say that they tried to give me the plan the day i was evaluated. That's a lie. They were delayed in getting the billing codes to finalize the treatment plan so i left after they promised to email it to me.
