This dentist, Kwon, is very passive aggressive and after a cleaning, I noticed that my front tooth had edges on it, and when I seen him a week later to get a filling/post done, I mentioned it to him, and it sparked an entire argument that caused me to walk out because he thought I was accusing him of it when I verbatim told him ‘I simply noticed it was chipped after the cleaning.’ DO NOT GO HERE, I have tried several times to understand his frustration with being a dentist and every single time I come here he gets more rude.

I cleaned my teeth with the same dental hygienist for 15 years and my periodontist removed cleaning section during COVID Lockdown. After I was looking for general dentist who can clean my teeth. I recommend Dr James. Today is 3rd time cleaning. He is the best if you are looking for your yearly check ups and cleaning.

I’ve been going to Dr Kwon for close to ten years. I trust his work completely. Very professional. He explains everything to me in terms I can understand. I highly recommend him.

My mother had a dental cleaning appointment with Dr. James Kwon at Brite Dental Care in Palatine. The appointment was scheduled for one hour, but we were asked to leave early because the doctor said another patient was waiting, even though our appointment time had not ended and the cleaning was not completed. My mother is over 80 years old, does not speak English, and has hearing impairment. I asked if I could stay in the treatment room to help translate, but the request was denied.
