Best dentist I've ever had, efficient, friendly, 💯
Worst Healthcare professional I am ever experienced. As someone who suffers from chronic health issues I have experienced 100's so that tells you something. I have read so many of the reviews because I didn't understand the difference in reviews for Dr. Kwon. This dentist is the most unprofessional one I have ever met. He will only do what he can in 30 mins. If he doesn’t finish he will have you make another appointment. He kicks you out of rooms to finish conversations about care so they can clean the room. Would not let me translate to my husband until he said so. Would not let me be in the room with my husband who does not know English. I was only allowed to go in and translate at the dentist’s convenience. OMG the staff are not licensed and they are doing xrays!! Thank goodness its been reported..
This dentist, Kwon, is very passive aggressive and after a cleaning, I noticed that my front tooth had edges on it, and when I seen him a week later to get a filling/post done, I mentioned it to him, and it sparked an entire argument that caused me to walk out because he thought I was accusing him of it when I verbatim told him ‘I simply noticed it was chipped after the cleaning.’ DO NOT GO HERE, I have tried several times to understand his frustration with being a dentist and every single time I come here he gets more rude.
