This dentist is the most unprofessional one I have ever met. He will only do what he can in 30 mins. If he doesn’t finish he will have you make another appointment. He kicks you out of rooms to finish conversations about care so they can clean the room. Would not let me translate to my husband until he said so. Would not let me be in the room with my husband who does not know English. I was only allowed to go in and translate at the dentist’s convenience. This dentist, Kwon, is very passive aggressive and after a cleaning, I noticed that my front tooth had edges on it, and when I seen him a week later to get a filling/post done, I mentioned it to him, and it sparked an entire argument that caused me to walk out because he thought I was accusing him of it when I verbatim told him ‘I simply noticed it was chipped after the cleaning.’ DO NOT GO HERE, I have tried several times to understand his frustration with being a dentist and every single time I come here he gets more rude.
I cleaned my teeth with the same dental hygienist for 15 years and my periodontist removed cleaning section during COVID Lockdown. After I was looking for general dentist who can clean my teeth. I recommend Dr James. Today is 3rd time cleaning. He is the best if you are looking for your yearly check ups and cleaning.
I’ve been going to Dr Kwon for close to ten years. I trust his work completely. Very professional. He explains everything to me in terms I can understand. I highly recommend him.
