Will not take no for an answer, rude, and make things up to try and get around red tape. They've been calling us over and over to try and get us to use them. Each time, we've told them no, and each time they're incredibly rude and demand to know why we don't want to use them. The last time they called, they asked to speak to the CEO and said they'd been emailing him. Incredible staff and service! Called in the morning for a computer that had domain and access issues. Brought the machine in that morning. Three staff worked on the issues. They unlocked the drives, backed up and recovered all files, added software to assist with copying in the future, created “copy from” and “copy to” folders on my desktop and re-established a new admin account with everything recreated. HUGE thanks to Josh, Johnny, and Jess! Top notch customer service!!!
