Excellent experience! I am a Behaviour Therapist that brought a neurodivergent client for a cleaning and exam. Alex was amazing and extremely patient! She was able to get a full cleaning done including xrays! The dentist Dr Mushan was also fabulous! I highly recommend Brite Bite for all children especially neurodivergent children.
our experience was extremely disappointing. The dentist was very pleasant during the consultation, but when it came to the actual treatment, everything changed. The anesthetic injection was so painful that my son was screaming in pain. After the injection, he couldn't even open his mouth to begin the treatment because his jaw hurt so much. We had an amazing experience with Brite Bite, Vaughan location. We’re visiting that clinic for my kids checkup since about 8 years ago. Always great experience. Today my 4 years old had a visit, in which we had great experience with Dr Chaves (experienced, professional, quick which is very important with kids and acknowledging their emotions). This clinic has friendly staff and good service, but they are significantly overpriced. They charged 20–30% more than other dental offices, even though my insurance fully covers cleanings — including my own, which usually take an hour. What surprised me most was being billed roughly 30% above my coverage for two toddler cleanings that didn’t even take half an hour. You can find similar quality care elsewhere at a much more reasonable price. I won’t be returning.
