I am leaving one star for the clinic environment, which is very child-friendly. My child enjoyed the TVs and coin reward system, and the staff were generally kind and welcoming. However, our overall treatment experience was deeply concerning. • Fees were high and exceeded insurance reasonable rate guidelines. My kids love Brite Bite! A very welcoming and fun environment to start. Friendly and most knowledgeable staff/ dentists/ dental assistants! I am always so impressed by the level of care/ communication/ service we receive when we go for our appointments. Thank you to the Brite Bite team!
My kids are 9 and 11 and have been with Brite Bite since they were 3 years old! Staff is very friendly and efficient. Facility is very clean, welcoming and modern. Highly recommend it!
