I personally had a somewhat disappointing experience here. The front desk staff and dental assistants were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. We had a really great experience at Brite Bite North York 😊 Heather, who works there, recommended the clinic to us and we’re so happy she did! She’s so sweet and welcoming, and the whole team was really kind and welcoming as well with my kids from the moment we walked in. The clinic is super clean, bright, and very kid friendly. My son visited your clinic for the first time yesterday. As he has special needs, he was a bit nervous at the time of the appointment. I would like to sincerely thank you for taking such attentive and thoughtful care of him from check-in through to the end of his cleaning. I also truly appreciate the detailed explanation regarding which items were covered by insurance and therefore did not require additional payment. Thank you again for your kindness and support.

We absolutely love Brite Bite North York! My two daughters, ages 10 and 6, genuinely look forward to every visit—which says everything. From the moment we walk in, the atmosphere is so warm, friendly, and positive. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make the kids feel comfortable and excited to be there.
