Jack from IRENT was really awesome from Day 1. Every text, every phone call was attended to promptly, and with detailed responses. He was also very helpful with some technical difficulties I faced using their services.
Jerick from the maintenance team was great help. There was an issue with some work done by a contractor and he quickly came in and resolved it. He even greeted my dogs which put them at ease with having a visitor.
Jerid and Jawad did a great job in discerning our problem and addressing it promptly with great results.
