Karolina Zlotska did such a great job showing homes and answering to all our questions. She was patient, responsive, respectful, and she listened to us in the smallest details. She helped us getting a great deal also which was going to be just perfect to start our new journey in a new home. I had a very negative experience near 2750 Marie Street B / Britannia Park. There were repeated incidents involving a man who stated that he works with the building management. He regularly walked two large dogs off leash in areas used by residents and children. I also experienced repeated discriminatory and antisemitic insults directed toward me. I felt unsafe and contacted Ottawa Police and 311 regarding the situation. I would strongly recommend future tenants carefully consider resident safety and management response when... read more
