The staff here are great. Unfortunately the services offered are not as great under the vet for our dog. We took our dog here to get some vaccines. We were given a first-time charge, even though the dog had been coming here for over a year, just under a different owner. They did a tip to tail checkup, and then required us to return a couple of weeks later to check on something before giving the vaccines. We’ve been bringing our dog Dobby to Britannia Heights Veterinary Clinic for almost 3 years and have always had such a great experience. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming, and they’ve really gotten to know Dobby and all his funny little quirks. They have always made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and never judged, which we really appreciated after experiences we had at a previous clinic. We are once again so grateful for this clinic and thoroughly impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail the Britannia Heights medical team provides. Our pup Maze went in for a tooth extraction yesterday and is recovering well!
