Dr Amjad’s diagnosis is amazing she is kind and gives sufficient time and listens patiently to problems and come up with solutions to entire satisfaction
I called Dr Amjads assistant to get a phone consultation. Not only did she put me on hold several times, but each time, she hung up on me. I finally found a way to confront her about it and she instead put the blame on me. She then went to the doctor to complain. that doctor then dropped me as her personal physician, complained to my parents about it and then shared CONFIDENTIAL medical files with them without my consent(for context, I'm an adult). The receptionist at this clinic is beyond disrespectful. To start off with, she will not pick up the call, and god forbid she does pick up the call, she'll put you on hold right away without even greeting you. As soon as I got a hold of her after 22 calls, by the way in these 22 calls, she disconnected my calls numerous of times, went straight to voice mail, automated machine, putting me on hold - she did not greet me in any way, started showing attitude right off the bat. It’s a horrible long wait to book an appointment. They always put u on wait . Never ever have I able to book at appointment at once . I wish doc could serious address this concern
