I had a fantastic experience here! The staff is absolutely wonderful so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. The apartments themselves are great as well, they are well-maintained, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a new home.

The rent goes up every single year to the maximum allowed by law (almost 5%), and they often try to push even higher. They constantly look for ways to justify these increases—like replacing perfectly fine lights with motion-sensor LEDs to cut their own energy bills, then claiming it as an “improvement” to support the rent hike.
