I moved here from Montreal about a year ago and have been very impressed. This is an older, well-maintained building that offers a much better quality of life than many "modern" builds; the units are spacious, with superior heat insulation and acoustic barriers that you just don't find in newer construction. I have lived in this building for over 5 years. It is an 'older' building, but well-maintained. The staff are friendly and they respond quickly to maintenance requests. One of the 'unique' features about this building is that some of the apartments have wood-burning fireplaces. Also, I've never had a problem with 'pirating' when packages are delivered. The new management are horrible and rude not to mention walked into the building and heard them talking about one of the tenants because there on disability ? Very unprofessional . Will report
We had a wonderful experience touring the apartments with Sandra. She was warm, energetic, and made the visit feel very welcoming. She took the time to answer all our questions and provided clear information about the property. The building and units were very impressive, and the whole process felt professional yet friendly. Even though we ended up choosing a different location for commute purposes, we would gladly recommend this property and team to others.
