We hired Brit Renovations to renovate the main floor. With numerous mistakes, poor workmanship, re-dos, missed deadlines and broken promises, it was a decision we came to regret. Timeline was April 18 to June 30. They started with a team but soon there was one person working, at times no-one for a week. June 30 passed. Rob and his team did a great job renovating our bathrooms, repairing the ceiling after a leak and grouting the kitchen tiles. But then we had problems with the shower head and faucet that he had installed in the main bathroom. The water cones out of the shower head and faucet at the same time. He tried to fix it a couple of times but it is still not working properly. We were told this would be fixed but have not heard from him in over two months despite regular repeated calls.
