Bristow Urgent Care received a 1 star only because 0 was not an option. I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional behavior by a receptionist in my life. I received a referral from my insurance, TriCare, to use this urgent facility due to the state of emergency w weather and the closing of military medical facilities.
