Everyone was pleasant and process went quickly and smoothly. They get you in and out. Had no issues with prep, recovery or discharge.
Very disappointed in the follow up in getting results of a biopsy. After calling office three times leaving messages for someone to return my call as of today no reply from anyone.
He is rude and does not care to look for the real reason for your pain. He is judgemental and not very smart. Don't go to him if you have gastrointestinal problems!! MUSC saved my life NOT Palmetto Health!!
Getting appointments and refills over the phone are an impossibility. Previously I had to call for an appointment because the person that makes them was out. Called for a week to find out the person that the calls were going to was no longer employed. Publix started calling for a refill on Monday morning. Today is Thursday and I still don’t have it. Calls going to a person no longer there. Finally talked to manager. Told her the problem & I am filling out a review on the offc staff.
I had a colonoscopy yesterday. I can’t recommend Dr Bristow and his entire team highly enough! Makes a world of difference when everyone is friendly and in a good mood. The care I received was the best. Got a follow up call today. No problems, no pain, no issues at all. Next colonoscopy (hopefully years from now) I will call Dr Bristows Office and ask for him.
Horrible. Got very sick. Called three days in a row. No response Begging for help. Nurse gave less than 5 minute call on Friday and said he would not respond until Monday if then. I had been calling since Wednesday. Had to go to ER that weekend. Worst Dr. Would give 0 .Would not refer dead animal to him. He totally ignored my pleasure for help. Office manager kept apologizing to me.Told her I would never be back.
