Man, i have read a few reviews, people ain't really lying, and really paying attention though, the arrogance and disrespectful is really at its core,they don't really take tenants very serious over there, they can schedule you an appointment and they won't even show up or call,email you to let you know they won't be able to meet you, this new woman name X sometimes don't even come to work, Miss Jennifer and miss Sharon are really different people, very good people with dignity.....
I have lived in Briston Arms Apartment for 7 years and it was fine until the end of covid-1 But after covid-19, management office one comes and leaves after 5-6 months. Especially the newly appointed senior manager Joyelle wright and vice manager Sharon are totally disrespectful, disrespectful, and corrupt with contempt and arrogance. I have seen so many management offices change but I have never seen anything like this.
