I have lived in Briston Arms Apartment for 7 years and it was fine until the end of covid-1 But after covid-19, management office one comes and leaves after 5-6 months. Especially the newly appointed senior manager Joyelle wright and vice manager Sharon are totally disrespectful, disrespectful, and corrupt with contempt and arrogance. I have seen so many management offices change but I have never seen anything like this.

I’m a resident here for about 5 years. The apartment was a nice and safe place to live in before 2020. Now it getting worse that I don’t recommend this place especially if you have a family. multiple trespassing is happening at least twice every week. The property is equipped with a video surveillance camera, but when you/police request footage, it is not available. People are knocking/banging on tenants' doors in the middle of the night, damaging cars parked in the parking lot, stilling the delivery from the main entrance e... read more
