If it's not one thing it's another. I hate this company. Always a problem
Worst Experience, bad customer service. They pretty much keep "stealing" money from us. I needed a car rental and even tho I had coverage I was never reimburse and when I decided to cancel my policy they still charged my account. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!
I wish I could click 0 stars. Like someone said before they randomly change your rate. If at all possible, use someone else
Hard to get information about my policy and rentals. Had to pay outside for over one week do to an accident. What about the fine print.
THE WORST COMPANY!! Do not use them. They constantly change my rates and don't tell me, then direct debit my account. Complete bullshit. Then they conveniently are too busy to take your call!!
