I never felt taken care of. I requested several things from my Dr. an mri for my neck, for Simone to contact me for Pt. All of these things I asked for never came to light and mountain home had no records of request put through for my needs. This office did help with some things but over all not impressed. Good friendly staff though.
I can honestly say I am not impressed with Dr McClintoch's nurse. My husband's blood pressure was elevated. She didn't have the cuff on properly. She acted like she had better things to do. Not the sharpest tool in the box. That is why we use a manual cuff. If you don't advocate for your loved ones, they don't care. They hate having their tails called out. Poor bedside manor. Got an eye exam here, and I was very impressed with the service. I normally go to Johnson City's VA hospital, but their eye clinic was booked until April. This clinic got me in within a week, and they were very professional and friendly. The VA has been there for me time and time again. Thank you guys for your service to my fellow Veterans and me.

Thank God for our local VA Clinic. I remember a time a drive to Johnson City was required for medical attention. Great service too.
