We were kept waiting for over 20 minutes for a salesperson who wasn’t assisting another customer—even though they knew we were coming. When he finally showed up, the “negotiation” consisted of him tapping on his iPad to add tax to the sticker price. That was it. When we asked whether there was any flexibility on the price, we were told there was none—at all. My sales person at Toyota in Swansea was Sean Viera he is very knowledgeable.. No pressure from him just the facts and very down to earth. This was my first time here and I recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota . Smooth and easy from time I walked in down to the finance guy who was great. No complaints there.
Amazing experience
I had such a great experience working with Jason and his team at Bristol Toyota. After dealing with an issue with my newer Toyota that I had bought at a different dealership, they stepped in to help and have earned a loyal customer! I’m so glad I was able to trade and buy a new car from them after all was said and done. They were up front about pricing and helped get me into the new vehicle as soon as possible which I appreciate as a busy mom. Thank you again!
