Used to only buy from and service my cars at Bristol Toyota for over a decade and was always completely satisfied. Stopped going for a few years after I felt like the scheduled service appointments for oil changes were taking hours to do and being sold things I didn't need to get done a few times which I wasn't even mad about maybe they were shorthanded which is why it took long which I understand. Went in today August 29th 2025 for a look at the Alfa Romeo Stelvio for sale and the pictures dont tell the truth about this car. It was hit in the rear and front , terrible autobody work done to it and water leak in the rear, none of this was disclosed to me prior to test driving the car. What a waist of time , The sales manager came out and basically told me to expect these things on a used vehicle, and they would not entertain and repairs to the vehicle if we were to discuss it.
