I had an issue where cables were running from the transformer to the house. It took FIVE separate attempts to contact someone to help us with the issue, and the fifth contact was only helpful in that I finally found out that they couldn’t help me. The first two contacts were over the phone, where both I and another family member called and were immediately directed to voicemail. this company is the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with and a monopoly at that with the city of bristol TN being its municipality they send you a security in the mail in the form of a bill and people not knowing better pay them cash then the company takes the bill they sent you and creates a strip security out of the bill they sent you and creates a bond from it without your knowledge or consent and get paid once more from the treasury its called double dipping they get paid twice from one bill its called theft in ... read more

Electric, cable, internet & telephone service. TERRIBLE. And it's a local monopoly. Power outages are a REGULAR OCCURRENCE with no explanation or extenuating circumstances(no weather issues, power pole accidents, labor strikes, etc). Cable TV interruptions are REGULAR, same lack of reasoning. And the 16 lines of questionablr local, state and fed taxes, 'fees and surcharges ' are outrageous. Have been under contract with them for almost two years for phone and internet. I accidentally missed one payment and they cut my services. Had to pay a "disconnect fee" of $25, a "reconnect fee" of $25 and another $50 deposit to get my phone and internet back on at my small business. They refused to send us a reminder that payment was past due and simply disconnected without warning. This is not how to do business. They refused to waive the fee for me. I got the basic cable package the channels freeze up the picture quality is no good I've had it about 3 weeks and the are charging me $500.00 to turn it off rip off
