We are very excited to move in the apartment is spacious and the staff was very helpful with the application process.
Everything was handled well by the Bristol management. However, when I tried to use my dishwasher the door would only open half way because it was hitting against the oven. So, if they have their maintenance guys adjust it so I can fill up the dishwasher, I might grade them higher yet

Can’t keep a manager so when someone has to come and start all the way over every few weeks, nothing actually ever gets resolved bc soon as the managers been there long enough to get a grasp on how they can enhance the property, be there for their tenants, address concerns and maintenance issues, there’s a new person all over again. Stayed for 7 yrs, not one update, had to make 5 requests to have 1 thing addressed and even then it’s a bandaid not a solution. Good amount of space, just shitty living experience
