have been dealing with Bristol south management for 6 years now and every interaction becomes a fight. Russ Yule is the person in charge. I’ve been calling because automatic exterior lights, parking area lights, floods are out leaving it pitch black here at night. After three weeks of voicemails and emails I finally got him on the phone. He proceeded to scream at me for complaining and then hung up on me and won’t take any more of my calls. Do not hire this management company for your HOA. As the other reviews state they do not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner if at all. They do not follow the HOA bylaws or association HOA rules set up an registered with Plymouth County Deeds office. They do what is easiest for them which is basically nothing. I am a customer whether this company says I am or not like the other reviews say. I pay part of their salary with my condo fees an can leave a review good or bad.
