The few times I've had to call for maintenance it has been taken care of right away. Then I got an email after to make sure I was happy with the service. I was shocked. I don't think I've ever had that kind of follow up before, but then again I've had some not so great apartment experiences in the past. My apartment had new carpet at move in which was a nice surprise as I'm allergic to animals. The thing I wish my apartment had is a washer and dryer.
