Extremely poor customer service by the management in this building. No response to emails and rude and insensitive on site management team. They never honoured their commitments and think no one can ask them. They moved me to a unit which was infested with bugs.
The website states that Saturday and Sunday is an open doors day from 11:00 to 15:00. My wife and I went to view the house, hoping that someone from the staff would help us find a new two-room apartment. My wife lost her balance and equilibrium after the war when she was injured.
